LTS2000 has a variety of client applications to provide test facilities for call
centres, and management facilities for back office staff. The major components are
listed below :-
- LTS2000 Test Desk
- Routine Test Client
- Alarm Monitoring
- Traffic Monitoring
- Database Edit
All clients are fully Windows XP®
and Vista®
compatible.
The Call Centre applications are windows smart client applications, which can be
installed using Click Once®
deployment.
Back Office applications are available with a smart client or a web based interface.
The latter is aimed to allow maintenance staff access from anywhere (including out
of the office).
